Nestled twenty yards from The Highland Lodge, is our wee Scottish Pub, The Local Hero, open to the public, and specializing in single malt Highland whisky and Scottish meals (yes, haggis is our specialty!).
Low-beamed ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces and many nooks and crannies will literally bring Scotland to you! Settle in with a dram and chat to family, friends and other guests of the Lodge and resort. There is even an outside fireplace incorporated into the stone exterior of the pub, with plenty of outdoor seating.

Malt whiskies from the Scottish Lowlands, Islands and Highland Glens adorn the back bar.
