Upon booking at the Highland Lodge all guests confirm that they accept the following terms and conditions;
- The highland lodge has high demand due to its exclusive accommodation and as such cancellations have a great impact on the running of the lodge. Therefore please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By paying a deposit for accommodation or when booking online or by phone or at the lodge in person, you agree to accept our terms and conditions as set out below.
- Deposit equal to one night's lodging or 25% of the cost of your stay whichever is the greater, plus tax is required at time of booking on credit card (non-refundable).
- Balance is due 60 days in advance of the commencement of your stay or if the booking is scheduled for less than 60 days time, at time of booking. For “just turn-up” bookings, a credit card payment will be taken for the entirety of your stay on arrival.
- Cancellations inside 60 days of arrival date will not be fully refunded.
- The Highland Lodge IS A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per guest room, unless prior arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Additional guest will be charged at $60 per person per night.
- Breakfast is included unless your package specifically excludes breakfast. If your package includes breakfast, no refund will be made for guest who do not wish to have breakfast at the lodge.
- Half board packages are available on request (Breakfast and Evening meal). In addition, packed lunches can be arranged during your stay.
- Well behaved pets are welcome in certain rooms at certain times of year but there is a $50 supplement for cleaning. Pets must not be left in the rooms alone and must not be allowed in the common areas unless on a lead.
- Fire Marshall prohibits open flames in lodging rooms (no candles).
- Minimum night stay requirements may apply at busy times.
- Rates are per night, and exclude Tax.
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- December 17th – January 3rd – all reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation confirmation – 100% non refundable.
- Check-in is between 4 - 8 pm
- Check-out time is 11 am. Guest belongings must be removed by check-out time so that room can be prepared for the next guest. Storage of bags after check-out can be arranged with the manager.
